Shipping

Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

**Please note that UNFILTERED is NOT responsible for any loss of currency due to an oversight made on any customers part. This includes: Incorrect information associated with any order. If the shipping address associated with a customer's order at the time of purchase is incorrect, a full refund will not be issued. The customer will be responsible for placing  a new order to the correct address. If an order however is sent back to our P.O. Box via USPS, we will resend the order back out to it's proper address free of charge. If the customer notices the incorrect address contacts our Customer Service team before the order is shipped out - we will correct this issue (one time) and process the order with the correct address. Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our products and the beginning stages Unfiltered is at, we are unable to offer refunds, returns. All sales are final.If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at infonow@unfilteredme.com to discuss to an exchange - if applicable. Unfiltered reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Disclaimer

Despite the vegan & cruelty free nature of our products, some people react or are allergic to entirely natural substances. Whilst allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, Unfiltered cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant ailments if any.
